Escala de estresse percebido aplicada a alunos de ciências biológicas

Resumo

O estresse pode ser definido como um estado antecipado ou real de ameaça ao equilíbrio do organismo e a reação do mesmo, que visa restabelecer o equilíbrio através de um complexo conjunto de respostas fisiológicas e comportamentais, a avaliação dos índices de estresse em estudantes se torna muito importante devido ao fato destes alunos estarem em um período decisivo de suas vidas, onde as escolhas afetarão diretamente seu futuro. Dessa forma, o objetivo deste trabalho foi avaliar o estresse percebido de estudantes do curso de ciências biológicas com a utilização da escala de estresse percebido. Os resultados demonstram que estes alunos estão com altos índices de estresse percebido, e isto pode ser decorrência do acúmulo de tarefas e obrigações que este grupo passa durante o período de graduação. Melhorar a qualidade de vida destes alunos, diminuindo assim seu estresse se torna um ponto fundamental para a formação destes indivíduos.
